What are the legal ramifications for running a public charity(taking donations) for a year w/o be registered ?
Registered with the IRS I mean..
I have a relative who makes a few bucks a month(seriously, like only $5) with his online public charity each month. I don't want him to get into trouble for it so this info. will help.
